We celebrated the removal of The Tapestry from the loom with a small party and lots of bubbly.  Jessica Brunnenmeyer, my assistant since 2009, and I have spent 6 years on this baby.  There is still lots more to do for the finishing, but here's the fun of cutting it off the loom and a hint of what it will look like when complete next spring:
